This policy explains how TryBulin uses information needed to create and deliver your videos.

Information we process

• Your email address, sign-in session and video-pass balance.
• The photo you choose to upload and the resulting video.
• Order references, payment status and technical task records.
• Limited request information used to prevent repeated or abusive requests.

Your card details are handled by Waffo. They are not stored on TryBulin. Your photos and results are not published in a public gallery.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores account records and media. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Waffo processes purchases. EvoLink and its model providers process the photo and reference video to generate the result. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Retention

Uploaded photos are removed from our storage after successful delivery or after 24 hours. Downloads are stored for seven days. Account and purchase records are retained while needed to provide your passes, support purchases and meet applicable obligations. Files uploaded to EvoLink expire after 72 hours. Providers may retain their own processing records under their policies.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Your selected photo stays in your browser until you continue with creation while signed in.

Your choices

To request a copy of your information, correction or account deletion, contact support@trybulin.com from your account email. Some transaction records may need to be kept after account deletion. Do not upload sensitive documents or photographs unrelated to the video you want to create.
